REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At Syvil, we stand behind every order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging included.
  • Items returned damaged, worn, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Returns & Replacements

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Syvil will provide a free replacement or full refund, as long as the original item is returned. Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.

Missing Orders

Please check your tracking information before contacting us.

If your tracking has not updated for 14 or more business days, contact us and we will investigate the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Final Sale items
  • Clearance items marked as non-returnable
